In cooperation with his company sister O.M.LER 2000, O.M.LER Srl designs and manufactures de-coring hammers for foundries to remove sand from aluminium, grey iron engine parts. According to the different castings to de-core, the company developed different hammers models RVC70, RVC70-MBL, RVC70-MBR with different performances.
One special version for rotating machines is AIR, it has been developed to prevent sand and dirt from reaching inner components of the hammer itself. This special model could be adapted to all hammers versions.

O.M.LER 2000 offers also a monitoring system to detect the hammers performances (frequency in hertz and beats per minute): Thor V3.0 that connected to the hammers with RB2000 sensors, shows the beating frequency. Each device can monitor till 4 channels.
